TOS

For someone to commission Bubble Creations, one must read and agree to the Terms Of Service.

If one goes against the TOS, you will be blocked, black listed, and a public beware will go up against you.

  • Items under $200 will need to be paid in full.

  • I DO NOT do deadlines. I can try to complete your commission for a certain convention or date but it is not certain it will be done then. If it is not, im sorry but at one time i have multiple people in my queue at once. I work on them all at once with each being at different levels of completion.

  • If you choose to get a refund and i am almost done or done with your commission, it will be sold with a different character and your refund of 50% will be given.

  • I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION WHETHER IT IS TO COMPLEX OR YOU HAVE ANY RECORD OF BEING A SCAMMER OR RUDE IN ANY WAY TO ANOTHER FURSUIT MAKER.

  • PLEASE be patient. I cannot work on commissions 24/7. i have mental health issues as well as a life outside of the furry fandom. I will however try my best to finish your commission as fast as possible.

  • You must supply a 2 sided ref sheet or any art that shows your character's design. 

  • I own a dog and its very difficult to keep her fur off my materials. Please notify me if you have any allergies to dogs.

  • I require at least 30% upfront payment for materials and such that is not refundable.

  • If you do end up needing a refund, you will recieve a 50% refund and you will be black listed and blocked after you recieve your refund. This is how i make my money to live. Do not commission someone if you cannot continue through with it.

  • You must be 17+ to commission me. i do not work with with minors due to past events.

  • Payment plans will only be accepted if the total amount is over $200.
